Summary/Abstract: Even while being applied, it has provided numerous arguments and evidence. The past is thus factual, and its lessons speak to the present in the spirit of the age-old principle historia est magistra vitae. The study of legal history, which explores and examines the relationship between the past and law, as well as the causal connections between them, therefore integrates specific objectives and tasks, even though it tends to be overshadowed by the application of current law. Legal history undoubtedly and primarily facilitates the exploration and understanding of the foundations of existing legal institutions from a historical perspective.
