Summary/Abstract: The project vision refers to the long-term goal and broader purpose of the project, often including a positive impact on various stakeholders such as investors, the local community, the city, and the state. The vision can differ but also complement each stakeholder group. The vision for the investor is financial profit and sustainability, such as achieving profitability and return on investment. Long-term growth potential is important to the investor, which includes adapting to market changes and developing new opportunities. The vision for the local community is to improve the quality of life for residents through infrastructure projects, as well as creating new jobs and opportunities for the local population. Projects that consider ecological sustainability, use renewable energy sources, or minimize harmful environmental impacts support the long-term wellbeing of the community and are desirable in the development process of the local community. Social cohesion and inclusion promote social integration and trust within the local community. The vision for the state is economic growth and an increase in GDP through encouraging production, employment, and export activities. By creating new jobs and economic growth, the state generates higher tax revenues, which enables financing of public services and development programs.
