Summary/Abstract: In this article, we analyze the translation from French to Finnish, focusing on the use of the partitive case in the Finnish text. After presenting the Finnish partitive case, we will identify some examples from Philippe Guicheteau’s book, Courrier de Finlande – Sunnuntaikirjeitä Suomesta, which we will group into several categories.
