Summary/Abstract: In the period between 1984-1986, some faunistie research of the Rhopalocera (Lepidoptera) was undertaken on the Vran Mountain. The total of 76 species of these insects was established. There was a significant finds of the species Coenonympha gardetta and Agriades pyrenaicus dardanus.
