Election Reforms and Ideas for Reforms (1934-1939)

Summary/Abstract: Having in mind the historical developments at the time of the examined period, the author studies the election reforms and the ideas for reformation in the Bulgarian society. The drafts for constitutional reforms, the eventual changes in the forming of the National Assembly, the rights and limitations in execution of the voting rights, the conditions for applying for election are studied in detail. The proposed projects and ideas and their effect on different political and social circles are presented.
