Summary/Abstract: After the end of the Second World War, a radical political and social transformation took place in Bulgaria. The training of actors is characterized by the attempt to create a realistic school, which relies on ideological productions for the creation of a new social order. Acting training thus became an important ideological moment. The paper focuses precisely on the ideological influences that produced mixed results and were applied with varying success in the post-war years.
