Summary/Abstract: The digitalization of the public sector, including the administration, isdeveloping at an accelerated pace and is outpacing the development of the legal framework.Despite the efforts that are made internationally so far the guarantees for good administrationin the context of digital public governance have been small. The new European legislation inthe field of the artificial intelligence - the EU Artificial Intelligence Act and the Council ofEurope Framework Convention on Artificial Intelligence - will undoubtedly have an impact onthe implementation of the “right to good administration” and the digitalization ofadministration as well as on automated decision-making. This article aims to critically analyzethe European acts in the field of artificial intelligence and the digitalization of publicadministration to date.
