Summary/Abstract: Romania is one of the countries blessed by God with many patron saints and healers. In all regions, there are holy relics of saints in which believers value and hope. Since its arrival in Iași, from 1641 until now, the reliquary with the holy relics of Saint Parascheva has left the city only three times. For the first time, in 1944, because of the war, there was a risk of the city being occupied by the Soviet army. As a precaution, it was proposed to move the reliquary to the Turnu Monastery, but in the end, they arrived at the Sămurcășești Monastery. Later, in 1947, the reliquary of Saint Parascheva was taken in procession through the villages burned by drought and destroyed by war. This was the largest religious procession in Moldova, crossing the counties of Iași, Vaslui, Roman, Bacău, Neamț and Baia. The third procession is carried out on April 6, 2020, when the reliquary with the Holy Relics traveled over 500 km in the counties of Iași, Neamț and Botoșani. Accompanied by IPS Teofan, the Metropolitan of Moldova and Bucovina, the reliquary of Saint Parascheva blessed the villages, towns and monastic settlements, bringing healing, healing and hope to the communities affected by COVID-19.
