Summary/Abstract: With Decision of Rome in 1874, Tolis was proclaimed a monastery, whereas the foundations were laid in 1862 and the monastery was officially established on January 12, 1876. Until now, there has not been many written papers the Monastery’s library in BIH’s literature. Although Monastery in Tolisa belongs to group of younger Franciscan monasteries in Bosnia Argentina, the sole library in the monastery has great cultural and historical value. This paper discusses the main features of the library and its organization in 2010 and 2011.
