Summary/Abstract: The code of ethics has an important role in communication that attesting that the organization respects its promises regarding its values and principles, its commitment to beneficiaries, its way of carrying out its activities and its community relations. The code of ethics establishes a set of values, principles and rules of conduct intended to contribute to institutional cohesion and to the cohesion of groups of people involved in professional activity, by forming and maintaining a climate based on cooperation and competition according to common rules. The main norms contained in the code refer to competence and quality of service, honesty and respect for professional secrecy.
