Summary/Abstract: The on site investigation is one of the initial, immediate and mandatory acts of the criminal investigator and consists in the direct examination, through his own senses, of the place where a crime was committed or its results were discovered, in order to discover, fix, collecting and interpreting material and other evidence that contributes to the formation of a complete, faithful representation and to an easier understanding of the essence of the mechanism, the sequence in time and the mobile the actions undertaken by the criminal in materializing the criminal resolution.
