A Positive Attitude Towards Workplace Health – An Essential Component Of Organizational Health

Summary/Abstract: New approaches in organizational behavior shift the focus to comprehensive health promotion. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a correlation between organizational health and personal health attitudes, locus of control, and health promotion in the workplace. The object of the study are available literature sources that consider personal health attitude and locus of control as factors changing organizational health. The subject of the study are the various approaches to improving organizational health.
