Belarus – the avatars of a political conflict

Summary/Abstract: In the global context in which all the attention of the international community is directed to the situation in Ukraine (or rather to the question of whether we will pass from the "situation" to the "differend"), few people think about another nerve point of Europe, which also occupied the front page of newspapers in 2020, namely the political framework of Belarus. And because nothing that happens in Russia's sphere of influence can be viewed except in the form of a big picture, perhaps Belarus deserves to remain one more element to analyze, even more so in the context of tensions between Russia and Ukraine.
