Summary/Abstract: In this study, the author examines the situation created after a lawsuit filed by the president of French National Front party, Jean-Marie Le Pen to the CEDO against the French state, the present case constitute racial discrimination of people with another religious orientation than the country's increasingly who have emigrated in this case the Muslims who emigrated to France, and the interference of authorities in the applicant's freedom to express their own opinions.Also the author makes a thorough analysis of the general situation wich was made in all European countries by migrating to these citizens of islamic states in the context of globalization.
