Summary/Abstract: In the text, which is part of the doctoral dissertation "The Orphic Principle in the Genesis of Lyrical Chant", the Orpheic motifs in contemporary Macedonian poetry are analyzed through the explicit processing of the image of Orpheus and application in an indirect way on the four mythemes of the myth of Orpheus: mytheme for the singer and poem, mytheme for the journey on the Argo, mytheme for the dead beloved and mytheme for the tearing apart. The analysis focuses on the works of Macedonian poets: Slavko Janevski, Mateja Matevski, Ante Popovski, Vlada Uroshević, Petre M. Andreevski, Radovan Pavlovski, Mihail Rendzhov, Chedo Jakimovski, Eftim Kletnikov, Jordan Danilovski, with an explicit and implicit treatment of the myth for Orpheus.
