Essence, tasks and basic concepts in conducting high-risk police operations

Summary/Abstract: The article examines the essence, legal regulation, tasks and basic concepts related to the implementation of the police powers of search, inspection of personal belongings and vehicles. At the beginning of the article, attention was paid to the search as a police power - essence and tasks. Subsequently, in a logical sequence, the inspection of personal belongings and vehicles is presented, emphasizing the legal grounds and tactics in their implementation, and special principles and tactics of action are brought out, which are imposed in practice and help the quality and efficient work of the authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
