Summary/Abstract: The text refers to the importance of organization and clarity in the educational process. A motivated student is ready to learn, but the success of learning also depends on how well the teacher is organized. The teacher must be flexible and able to take advantage of opportunities that arise spontaneously in academic discussions. Additionally, an incoherent presentation or lack of planning can undermine enthusiasm and the effectiveness of learning. The teacher should have a clear plan before the class and know exactly what they want to convey and what students need to learn. The text emphasizes the idea that education requires clarity and careful guidance, and in order to be effective, a well-structured course must also be easy to understand.
