Basic Principles of Establishing and Implementing the Budget of the Supreme Administrative Court

Summary/Abstract: This article deals with the principles of establishing and implementing the budget of the SupremeAdministrative Court. It aims to show that in terms of financial and budgetary issues the administrative judi-ciary constitutes a separate judicial branch in Poland, independent of the legislative and executive powers. Theresearch methods used in the article are the dogmatic-legal method, the descriptive method and the statisticalmethod. The analysis of the legal acts presented in the text, as well as the quantitative analysis and percentagecalculations of the budget of the administrative judiciary confirm the thesis proposed above.
