Summary/Abstract: The Caspian region plays an important role in the energy security of the European Union due to its rich hydrocarbon resources and its strategic position. The energy security of the European Union is influenced by the political stability of the Caspian region. Geopolitical conflicts or tensions can affect energy supplies. Thus, strengthening relations with the states in this region is crucial for ensuring a constant flow of resources. Close collaboration, diversification of energy sources and promotion of geopolitical stability are essential to ensure a sustainable and secure energy future for Europe.
