Summary/Abstract: Crises have a very long historical past, which has been analyzed by several scholars, political scientists, economists, sociologists, psychologists, historians, etc. In addition, currently there is a special interest in this subject. In the research of the crisis as a configuration factor of the state and the law, through the prism of integration in the modeling of the person-law-state interdependence, in order to make the governance focused on human rights more efficient and its adaptation, effectively and value-wise, to crisis conditions. To achieve the goal, we propose to achieve the following objectives: 1) to analyze the concepts of state and law, through the prism of their tasks, goals and functions; 2) to explain the essence of the three-dimensional relationship between the state, law and man; 3) to clarify the causes, typologies, stages and consequences of crises; 4) deduce the difficulties and challenges faced by the state in crisis conditions; 5) to appreciate the influence of the crisis in the configuration of law and the state, as well as the correlation between the state, law and man; 6) to argue the need for the government to assume the role of crisis management and communication in crisis conditions; 7) to propose solutions for relaunching the state and adapting to crisis conditions.
