Summary/Abstract: In this article, the author has researched and analyzed the features of legal regulation and the place of a distribution agreement in the law of foreign countries. In particular, the main problems arising from the legal regulation in the legislation of certain foreign countries are identified, as well as the possibilities of implementing certain norms from the legislation of foreign countries into the legal system of the Republic of Moldova in order to regulate the distribution agreement.
