Summary/Abstract: The article presents the results of a study focusing on the key features of reporting mechanisms in the field of human rights and their possible application within UNESCO’s Cultural Sector. This work encompasses the authors’ ambition to look for a wider and deeper understanding of the initial UNESCO exercise. The suggested ap- proach in the present study has the potential to enhance UNESCO’s reporting efforts by illuminating intricately the mechanisms of various human rights instruments, potential- ly offering mirror insights into their operational efficacy and enabling a comprehensive, cross-cutting understanding of the multifaceted regulatory landscapes in international frames. Furthermore, the comprehensive analytical framework has been aimed at en- hancing data-driven regulation in international law, ensuring that regulatory frame- works are informed by evidence-based data.
