Summary/Abstract: The subject of the article are self-narratives on refugees present in Polish radio documentaries created upon the outbreak of the war in Ukraine. The aim of the study was to characterize these narratives with the use of comparative analysis taking into account the conceptual apparatus developed on the basis of narrative psychology. The material included 96 broadcasts made during the first 6 weeks of the war. The analysis made it possible to distinguish fragmentary self-narratives in the classical and collage variants, fluid, indirect, direct and autotelic. They are subject to variation over time and also permeate each other.
