Summary/Abstract: The rapid development of digital technologies and their penetration into all spheres of people's lives lead to a change in communication in online platforms as well, thus also becoming part of the digital market and digital economy. The development of technologies leads to the processing and storage of more and more data, both nationally and internationally. This creates an environment for more and more cyber threats and cyber crimes, including and in complexity, which necessitates the need to improve the security and resilience of digital infrastructure and communication networks and services. It is a challenge for institutions responsible for cyber security to provide and guarantee a safe, open and secure cyberspace. The EU has taken a number of actions to secure digital infrastructure and increase the ability to defend against cyber threats
