Services sector for agriculture and horticulture −development directions

Summary/Abstract: The study presents the development of the services market for agriculture and horticulture in Poland in 2009−2013. The number and size of companies in the industry have been analyzed. The source materials were data from the Central Statistical Office. The study showed that in the analyzed period the number of companies that provided services for the agricultural sector systematically increased. The development of this sector is a response to the increasing interest in using the services by agriculture and horticulture producers.
