Summary/Abstract: An analysis of filiation is made as the most important figure of Family Law in the regulation of the Civil Code of the State and it is evident how the classification of daughters and sons has not been eliminated, despite the non-discrimination and equality that the 1° article of the Constitution prescribes. On the other hand, the reforms that took place in this figure represent a true chaos, without any systematization and with norms that threaten the best interest of the minor and the right to identity that article 4° of the Political Constitution of the United States of Mexico recommends.
