Summary/Abstract: In essence, the report provides a brief overview of the elements of the national system for the protection of classified information. Emphasis is placed on the individual types of security that the system covers, as well as on their significance and specificity. The focus is on the minimum regulatory requirements for holding the position of "information security officer" compared to the responsibilities imposed by law, as well as the importance of the position to national security.
