Specific Emphasis of Classified Information Security in the US Classified Information Protection Act

Summary/Abstract: The report attempts a brief overview of the basic law protecting classified information in the United States. The introduction agreed on the subject of the report - only classified information that is US government information (no other types of secrets). A brief analysis of the content of the American law is made, with some case studies giving typical examples of its application. In conclusion, there is a brief comparison with the Bulgarian law and system for the protection of classified information.
