Internal Control of the Quality of Social Services in Bulgaria: Activities of Providers

Summary/Abstract: This article analyzes the activities for the implementation of the internal control and monitoring of the quality of social services by their providers at the local level as particularly special figures in the overall process of social work. In the study, emphasis is placed on the systematization of these activities with a view to assessing the compliance of the provided social services with the accepted quality standards in Bulgaria, the collection and storage of this information, control and monitoring of the effectiveness, of the advantages and disadvantages, of the mistakes made in the cases, of user feedback and of the ongoing control of social services.
