Summary/Abstract: The mentions in the public discussion about the increasing awareness ofimproving the accessibility, attractiveness, and inclusion of public spaces force usto reflect on the direction of changes in the social sphere. The subject of conside-ration in the article is to draw attention to the division of goods and services thatcontribute to the increase in the quality of life. The aim of the article was to showthe difficulties associated with ensuring justice in transport and logistics systems incities. The rationality in shaping cities and urban mobility is to ensure a fair distri-bution of resources between current and future generations and to increase the levelof inclusiveness of cities. The article is a literature review. As a result of the analy-sis, an urgent need for changes in the field of fair access to transport services was noticed. Attention was drawn to the connection between intergenerational justiceand sustainable development goals. It was found that the foundation for achievingtransport justice is its correct understanding.
