Summary/Abstract: The International Meeting of the Psychometric Society (IMPS 2024) was held in Prague from July 15-19, 2024, hosted by the Institute of Computer Science of the Czech Academy of Sciences in collaboration with Charles University and the University of Economics[^1^][1]. The conference welcomed over 570 participants from 40 countries, including experts in statistics, psychology, and education. The event featured five methodological workshops, plenary sessions, and presentations on topics such as Bayesian model averaging, mediation in social sciences, and large-scale educational surveys. Keynote speakers included Prof. Adrian Raftery, Prof. David MacKinnon, and Prof. David Kaplan. Awards were given to notable researchers like Prof. David Thissen and Dr. Maarten Marsman. The conference also included social events like a welcome reception, a student dinner, and a boat trip on the Vltava River.
