Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on developing the teachers’ skills which are integral to the processes of professional decision–making where teachers are constantly involved. The paper gives an overview of a model of teachers’ development offered by innovative educational processes, activity of the teachers on the organization of foreign student training activity, etc. It describes the results of the authors’ modeling on adapting the presentation reliability development among the business students in the foreign language training process.
