The Experience of the States In Regulating the Activities Ofdestructive Religious Organizations and Cults

Summary/Abstract: A number of countries in the world, while observing the activities of religious organizations, have found that most of those organizations develop destructive activity, leading to risks and threats to society and the state. On this basis, the states have created and developed their legal framework over time. This report aims to analyze foreign experience in countering religious organizations and cults showing signs of destructiveness.
