The Protected Territories in the Text and Extra-Text Components of the Versions of Geography and Economics Textbooks in the 7th Grade – Situation Analysis

Summary/Abstract: The report tracks the location, number, vision and content of protected areas in the textual and extratextual components of the 7th grade geography and economics textbook. The six versions of textbooks on geography and economics for the 7th grade were studied according to the criterion of the presence of the protected areas through text, images, rubrics, etc. A situational analysis of the location of the protected areas is presented under the topic „Staroplaninska oblast” in the „Geography of Bulgaria” section.
