Summary/Abstract: This report reveals the cultural diversity in Kyustendil district and its management through planning, organizing, motivating, coordinating and controlling functions. One of the key steps in managing cultural diversity is creating strategies and integrated development plans to support and promote a diversity of cultural events. In order to strengthen the diversity of cultural events, it is important to form programs that cover different cultural interests. In this way, an impact on society can be achieved because cultural events have the ability to strengthen the community and create a common sense of belonging, and cultural heritage in the municipality can be preserved and maintained.
