Summary/Abstract: The efficient use of resources is a fundamental step towards the economic and social well-being of a region. This article examines the efforts of the Bulgarian municipality of Maglizh to revive and maintain a medical complex - a public bath in the village of Yagoda through financial, management and marketing mechanisms. In this way, the management of the municipality significantly supports the maintenance of the quality of life of its population and the attraction of tourists and also investors in the area. The subject of the article is the marketing activity of the municipal administration in Maglizh, and the object is the public bath with healing mineral water in the village of Yagoda.
