Summary/Abstract: Regionalization and globalization are both synchronous mainstreams of the same process. They are logical consequences of a mankind’s development path rested in market mechanisms. They are not opposable but compatible processes. Both of these processes are pulled off in increased competitiveness and cooperation necessity conditions. The competitiveness guarantees development, as progress and the cooperation – survival. Nowadays globalization is drawn as a couple of regional, developing markets, with more and more tight bearing results in new economic quality of the world.
