EDUCATIONAL PROCESS MANAGEMENT IN TIMES OF ARMED CONFLICT. PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION ANALYSIS: CONCLUSIONS AND RESULTS

Summary/Abstract: In the face of the armed conflict in Ukraine and the influx of refugees to Poland, educationmanagement has become a key area requiring adaptation and a deeper understanding of management processes in times of war. This article presents the actions undertaken by the Polish government, Polish society, state institutions, and non-governmental organizations in responseto the challenges of accepting refugees. The Academy of Justice has undertaken research projects focused on analyzing education management in crisis situations and armed conflicts. Thisproject involved cooperation with the University of Ivano-Frankivsk, enabling unique researchand the development of publications on the management of the education process in crisis situations. The introduction of the article justifies the purpose of the project in the context of theactivities of the Polish government and the current geopolitical situation, arguing its importancefor the effective functioning of society in crisis situations.
