Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the promotion of commodity exports and legal regulation of foreign economic activity in the Eurasian Economic Union. The authors systematized theoretical research in the field of export promotion. The authors conducted a study of the mechanism for stimulating exports in the Republic of Belarus, and also carried out a comparative analysis of the institutions whose activities are aimed at promoting export development in the EAEU. The authors come to the conclusion that stimulating commodity exports is the most important direction in the development of foreign economic activity. There are many approaches to defining export promotion activities, but there is no single definition and concept. In the Republic of Belarus, export promotion activities are carried out using financial and nonfinancial instruments through OJSC „Agency for Foreign Economic Activity”. Similar institutions exist in the EAEU Member States, but not in all countries they can use all the tools. This indicates the need for further work in this direction.
