Summary/Abstract: A basic right and obligation of parents is to live together with their minor children. In case of child`s deviation from its place of residence, the Court orders the child`s return. The Court acts expediently, based on the best interests of the child, and the act does not have the force of res judicata, which can be characterized as a procedure of court administration of subjective rights.
