Summary/Abstract: Article focusing on the European integration of the Central and Eastern European countries, about belonging to this part of Europe (region imagining and nation imagining). Europe’s geographical boundaries never coincide with its political boundaries. How much are the Ukraine and Belarus included in the European civilization area, respectively in the Central European region? Their policy between being pro European and isolationism. The complex relations of the two countries with Russia.
