Summary/Abstract: This article highlights the importance of classifying legal rules and analysing them from a sports law perspective. In certain cases, the common law court may exceed its jurisdiction, which is why the importance of legal rules - sports rules - must make its presence felt. Regardless of the reader’s opinion, I believe that the practical solution analysed should at least raise a number of questions about the future of sports law and related jurisdictions.
