As being part of the European culture and tradition, Christianity has had great influence over the formation of western concept of politics. However, its historical and performative role is being reduced by political ideologies. Therefore it is necessary to specify conceptual assumptions of Christianity and ideology, in order to be able to perceive all the forms of modern religious activity.
