The legal nature of the decisions pronounced by the national sports federations committees

Summary/Abstract: This commentary is based on a decision pronounced by The Romanian Handball Federation and aims to capture the legal nature of the decisions pronounced, as a rule, by the commissions within the federations national sports. Through the analysis undertaken, we aimed to verify in what to what extent these judgments represent enforceable titles and what are the differences between arbitration decisions and jurisdictional decisions pronounced by the commissions internal federations on national sports branches.
