Summary/Abstract: In the context of the current legislation in Romania regarding apprenticeships at work, it is important to know if there are particularities regarding the disciplinary liability of apprentices. Analyzing the regulation of the disciplinary liability of apprentices through the lens of the regulation of apprenticeship in certain European states (France, Belgium, Switzerland), as well as during the evolution of Romanian labor law and corroborating the current regulations in the matter, we can establish a series of specific features of the disciplinary liability of apprentices.
