Summary/Abstract: The article is to answer the follouing questions: Way is mugth indispensable and how is it possible, namely, uhich are the causing reasons. Myth is a herald and a desseminator of standards and values. Its „pecsual“ supposses forecasting – constructive and destructive. Myth is necessery for making the free mind possible to racionalize. The premises of the plenomenon,s creation are revealed in 3 groups: sosial, including media, psychological and capacity of mythological text.
