Summary/Abstract: The article contains methodological reflections resulting from the analysis of the literature on online survey research and the authors' own research conducted in this way. It draws conclusions about the organisation of the research process conducted online, identifies factors favouring and limiting the effectiveness of online surveys, and identifies ways of counteracting irregularities.
