Summary/Abstract: The transformation of economy, due to articitificial inteligance development, the green transition and new technological changes will bring new challenges to the labour market. These processes will bring huge positive effect to job creation, thus the support to business and woring people should be the main priority of active labour market policies. The use of AI is overall expected to break the traditional processes and roles on the labour market in Bulgaria. The main condition the transformation to be sucessful is the way educational, lifelong learing, business environment will adapt and use the potential of AI on the labour market.
