Summary/Abstract: This article aims to provide some remarks on the migration of the young people from Romania to foreign institutions of higher education in the interwar period and during the World War II. The main purpose was to establish the motivation of the Romanian students for going to study abroad, as well as the quantitative evolution of the phenomenon.
