Capabilities of modern analytical methods for countering organized crime group

Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes two worldwide well known methods for company analysis ‒ SWOT and sixthinking hats and its eventual application in police actions for countering organized crime group.The idea of using the methods in police counteractions of organized crime is based on the similarities between some parameters of business companies and organized crime. From the focused use and application of the analytic methods we can expect positive results not only at tactical level but also for strategic prognosis and use of police resources on the territory exploited by the organized crime group.
